The followdeveloper.com website and all the content published here are operated by Followone Romania SRL, a Romanian legal entity headquartered at Strada Soldat Gheorghe Buciumat nr. 27, Sector 1, 014384, Bucharest, registered with the Romanian Trade Register under J40/7727/2018, sole registration code 39432527 (hereinafter “FollowDeveloper”). This policy explains what copyright and trademarks cover the site, what you may and may not do with our content, and how to reach us with claims.

1. Content covered by copyright

All elements that make up this site are protected by Romanian Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights and by applicable international treaties. They include, without limitation: the source code of applications and components (Next.js, React, Node.js, Express); the texts and articles published in the Services, About, Contact and the rest of the site's pages; the design, layout, color palette and typographic choices; the images, illustrations, icons and animations; the schema.org structured data (JSON-LD), URL architecture and SEO metadata; and the FollowDeveloper logo.

2. The FollowDeveloper trademark

“FollowDeveloper”, the followdeveloper.com domain name and the associated logo are trademarks used by Followone Romania SRL in its commercial activity. You may not use the FollowDeveloper trademark, the logo or a similar variant likely to cause confusion, without our prior written consent. Please get in touch if you would like to publish a case study, journalistic article or other material that features our brand — we generally grant permission for journalistic, educational or portfolio uses.

3. Third-party trademarks

On this site we mention technologies and services developed by third parties — Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, OpenAI (GPT-4, GPT-4o), Anthropic (Claude), Next.js, React, React Native, Node.js, MongoDB, Pinecone, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Stripe, PayPal, Cloudinary, SendGrid, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Bicep, Docker, Kubernetes and others. All these names and logos are registered marks or trademarks of their respective owners and are used strictly for descriptive purposes, to explain the technologies we work with. No mention implies an official association, sponsorship or endorsement by the trademark owners.

4. Open-source components

The application running on followdeveloper.com uses open-source libraries published under permissive licenses (MIT, ISC, BSD, Apache 2.0). All attributions required by these licenses are kept intact in the corresponding Node packages (package.json, LICENSE files inside node_modules) and in the build artifacts. Our application's own code, however, is not open-source: it is not licensed for public reuse, fork or redistribution without a written agreement.

5. Permitted uses without prior request

You may do the following without asking for our permission: quote short passages from our articles with the source indicated and a link to the original page; share links to our pages on social networks; send pages of the site by email or messaging apps. You may not: copy entire sections or full pages for republication; use our content in a commercial product or another site without consent; create derivative works based on the texts, images or code without consent; remove or hide copyright notices.

6. Copyright complaints (takedown notice)

If you are a copyright holder and consider that material published on followdeveloper.com infringes your rights, you may send us a written notice at contact@followdeveloper.com that includes: identification of the protected work, the exact URL of the contested material on our site, your contact details (name, email, phone), a good-faith statement that the contested use is not authorized by you as the holder, your agent or by law, and a statement that the information provided is accurate. We will review the notice within 14 business days and, if it is well-founded, we will take the material down.
